You may have reached too many complaints or 1 star review from our clients, this is due to too
many cancellations and other reasons. If this happens, your security deposit will be forfeited,

Open the APP and click the ENCASH Button, our finance department will review all the transactions and see if there are any disputes with your bookings. Once all is cleared, your commission will be sent either through ONLINE BANKING / GCASH or you may proceed to head to our MAIN OFFICE to collect as a CHECK.

Yes, you may, open our APP and head to our FREELANCER AREA, from there you can share their link and still earn % based on your LEVEL. This commission is called ACTIVE INCOME.
Your commission is permanent on what ever level you were when you referred someone.
For example, you are at free status at 2% commission and you referred a FREELANCER, even if you upgrade to PLATINUM, you will still be at 2%, so we suggest that you upgrade first before sending your link to your prospect.

All bookings must be done inside our APP. Once your profile has been verified, you can now select available freelancers that will appear on the home page. Choose from hundreds of Freelancers and select the service you want and click book now.
Select the date you wish to be served and your request will be sent to your chosen Freelancer.
Your freelancer will check the details of your request and accept your booking if all is cleared.
Wait for your Freelancer to arrive on your selected date.
First you must have a balance on your E-wallet, you can top-up using any of these payment options below.
You can chat with them once the booking is considered active.
Unfortunately, you can only rebook the service you chose. Your Freelancer may have blocked the date and time you have chosen originally. For emergency purposes, you may contact our support at support@allworks.ph
Open our app and click bookings, click the specific booking and click Re-book, choose another date and your freelancer will be notified on your request.
Kindly wait for the freelancer to accept your re-booking request.
You can file a dispute by contacting our support at support@allworks.ph. An investigation will start into your booking ID to determine the cause of the problem. You shall be given a full refund after the investigation is completed and the decision of our panel is on your side. Please do not forget to leave an honest review about the freelancer, in this way we can filter them accordingly.
We conduct heavy monitoring of all the services they provide, any complaints, cancellations and hassle they provide to our clients will be dealt with accordingly. We wish to remove the freelancers who are not aligned with our Mission and Vision which is to serve the clients with the highest quality service possible.
After the service is completed, an option to review the freelancer will appear on your mobile phone. We highly suggest leaving an honest comment or review about the service or the freelancer as this will help our company to assess them.
Yes, you may, just go to the APP and click ADD SERVICE, this will send a notification to the freelancer to accept.
Transportation fee varies depending on the distance, usually the Freelancer can choose to set this to FREE if you avail a certain amount from them. Digital services, however, do not have any transportation fee.
A client can choose to create a CUSTOM JOB under the JOB CLOUD area, from here you need to specify the services you need and the budget you are willing to spend. Our freelancers will see this request under their JOB CLOUD section and from there they can BID and send you a notification.
